In 1985 Tony began his training as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser and in 1992 as a Class A Building Contractor. Since then, he's completed hundreds of residential appraisals and lender inspection, for conventional and government backed loans, and built approximately 175 new homes, additions and renovations. In 2004 Tony received his home inspection training and began performing home inspections while continuing his home building and lender inspection work.
